I had ordered 1 pcs. of SPICE MI-502 STELLER SMART FLO PACE 2 – BLUE MODEL for Rs.6,800.00 on 8.8.2013 including shipping charges. Accordingly I had paid the amount through Netbanking – HDFC Bank Ltd. from my daughter, Avni A. Shah a/c. I suppose to get delivery on my ordered product by 13.8.2013. On 11.8.2013 I had received a phone from Mr.Viral, Executive of Infibeam, saying that model of particular product I had ordered is not available and ask me to confirm for white model instead of blue. I had replied that I want same model which I had ordered & paid. On 19.8.2013, onceagain I had received a phone from same person saying that within 3 days the product will be availabe for shipment i.e. upto 21.8.2013.

Kindly ask them to refund the amount paid by me alongwith interest @ 24 % p.a. I will be highly appreciate, if you can resolve the issue at the earliest.
