I have purchased a blackberry z3 from infibeam(Order Id – 13439056). The product is defective, and the I got DOA a certificate from blackberry and send email to infibeam on 16-Aug-2014. Firstly they commited to replace set within 15 day. But after so many calls they schedule return courier (from blue dart, courier id: 22419 ) on 26- Aug- 2014. Still they did not pickup my handset and asking that it will take more 30 days after receiving handset.

All I need a new hand set or full money.
