Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked Blackberry handset Q5 black color on 27th June,2014 which was supposed to be delivered on 3rd July,2014 through infibeam online shopping portal. On 28th June, 2014 at 02:57pm. She had called to inform me that my said Blackberry Q5 in colour is not available currently. I requested to call me later as i was travelling and had network problem due that. On 30th June,2014 – 10:15am I received a call on my number again from Infibeam, which got missed as I was in a meeting. They sent an email stating that contact details provided by me for the mentioned order is incorrect. Same day 30th June,2014 I checked through infibeam website – Blackberry Q5 in Black Colour was available / instock. Wherein they said black is not available. I have taken the screenshot that page of infibeam. I agreed to send me a white colour handset as black color was unavailable because I had no other option as payment was made, order was delayed and my old phone was in dilapidated condition. Their website was clearly stated that black color blackberry handset is available. Said handset started facing trouble within alone month time. Done repairing at Blackberry authorised centre, then to same problem is existing with my handset. It’s very much clear that handset is deliberately sold to me/us by opting this modus operandi, which is unfair trade practice. Would request your goodself to kindly look into it, as this website had pushed defective phones deliberately to consumers. Regards, Ashok Poojari Mobile: 9870005XXX
Replacement of faulty handset and with the color which I had originally opted for. Investigation and action against web portal for adopting unfair trade practice. It’s very much clear that handset is deliberately sold to me/us by opting this modus operandi, thorough investigation and action this malpractice.
