Vodafone bill was send with immediate due date and unnecessary changes of late fees of Rs 25 were charged in next billing cycle. How is it possible to do immediate payment. At least it should have 10 days grace period. When asked customer care there was no response at all. All documents are attached. This kind of incidents spoils consumer CIBIL record of not paying bill within due date. Immediate due date is not acceptable. Revert back payments and also need to know if this has caused any impact on my CIBIL score.
