We have purchased Ready mix concrete on 27thMar15 to lay our 2100sqft second floor slab roof & beam concrete structure. After laying the RMC concrete on 27thMar15 midnight & 28th Mar15 Earlier Morning, we started water curing activities 28th Mar afternoon onwards, while doing curing activity, we have noticed that water leakage happened on many places of the laid Ready mix concrete. Also we have noticed the supplied RMC not starting setting as per the standard setting properties and as per the setting time duration and its simply peel off while removing from hand and we socked the three days cured concrete into water on 29thMar15, it had simply mixed in water and aggregates & sand are splitting separately and no cement found on the concrete. We received very poor quality of ready mix concrete from Chennai RMC. After informing them they didn’t given any responses to our calls and email. we have bill and delivery chellan (DC) and other supporting documents.

I demand Replacement of entire roof slab with beam concrete. also delay in project with will cost us 5 lakhs.
