SpiceJet Cancelled Ticket Refund Not Given

I had cancelled my ticket for a flight that was delayed by more than 4 hours. This was more than 2 months ago, I have been following up with the nodal office and customer relations for more than 1.5 months and I am yet to receive the refund. Every discussion they increase the refund days from 20 working days to 10 more working days to 30 working days. I am now convinced SpiceJet is not going to refund the money, seeking help to take the airline to court.
