Sir we are running a business in Urapakkam- Juri Tiles, No 224, GST Road, Urapakkam, Kancheepuram, Tamilnadu. On the month of June 2014 Info Network Mangement Co Pvt Ltd contacted us and told that they are doing advertisements in Google. They will make our company name listed in the first page when searched with five keywords in Google and the charge for that is ?2100. We paid them that amount and till now (Sept 2014) our company name is not listed in the google search page when searched with the provided keywords. When we call them they are not responding well, most of the times there reply is we will call back you within 10 mins, but they wont call. And sometimes they wont pick phone also. Here I attached the copy of the bill, that they provided on paying the charge for the service, that contains the keyword and amount details.

Kindly do the needful to get the money I paid to them (?2100) back
