Dear Sir:

my husband had taken life insurance policy from ING LIFE INSURANCE CO.but after few months of the policy unfortunately he passed away in 2010 at the age of 33 yrs due to sudden heart attack.he has paid only its 1st premium. When i applied for the claim the insurance company is asking for the Chemical analysis report attested by the police officials i have submitted his death certificate ,post mortem report and other documents which was required by the company and also contacted the hospital where the past mortem was done and send a letter to the concerned police station .my father in law personally visited many times to the police station to get the same report but no one is guiding us and helping us to get the report.and more over the insurance executive told me that they are going to close the case.and they will reopen this only on the submission on the chemical analysis report…i am going through a very difficult time…i have 2 kids. I don’t know where to go and whom to consult I really need your help sir
