I switched from 2G pack (2GB for Rs.50/-) to 3G pack(1GB for Rs.199/-) from 12 june 2012. Billing period is from 22nd day to 23rd of next month. As per the 2G plan for Rs.50/- monthly rental we can enjoy 2GB data and under 3G pack we can enjoy 1GB data for monthly rental of Rs.199/-.

For the month of June 2012 they have billed Rs.6254/-
Out of which Rs.5900 aprx related to data usage charge. as per the bill data usage of 2G is 1.64 GB and 3G is 0.85GB. and charged Rs.215.65 for 2G data usage and Rs.5020.41 for 3G usage (excl. tax)

When i made complaint to customer care cell about this excess and unjustified billing they are telling that they are billed on pro rata basis and their billing is correct. Please help me to handle this issue with district consumer forum.
