I bought Watermelon from You More retail store[ Shop#170, Sector – 7, Faridabad, Haryana ] against Trans:10400 on 17th July. When
we cut down today found a white thick greasy substance was coming out
as if it was injected, pressing the pulp i found it came in in a beam
just like toothpaste out of tube. We found mark of injection and
needle, in pulp from outside to inside which is very visible.

I also need a police complaint or some sort of legal action against
the same. I have lodged a complaint of same injection in Spencer’s Papaya as well. I need an immediate action on the same.

Important to note is when I called your store, your executive told me that I have to visit the store again [ showing no courtesy to what damage it could have caused by the poisoned fruits you are selling and still claiming the quality of your products at par??]. When I inquired about customer care phone number, he said no such number exists and no one is there to take care of grievances.

Such a shame to a big retain chain, while even your website doesnt contain any contact information so that one can talk to any of the responsible person.

If I dont get a response within 4 hours, I would make sure that MORE RETAIL would hear through consumer court.
