I had applied for Reliance Broadband Thunder Combo 699 connection at my residence in Bangalore, on 24.03.2014 vide CAF # 17800032356556 along with a Chq for Rs. 1500/- bearing # 161612 datd 24.03.2014, drawn on State Bank of Mysore, Gayathri Nagar Branch, Bangalore-560021. The Sales Executive Prasanna Kumar D.M (8951577882/8722666880)had collected my application only to complete his monthly Target which I later learnt about from his colleagues. On informing his Manager Jyothish Dalwai (93796 23222): he turned a deaf ear to my request for a refund as the necessary service was not rendered! Such a dumbass who is least bothered about managing the affairs of the Customers is still in service as a ‘Manager’ and getting paid month after month! I never got the service nor a letter to this date!
Subsequently, I sent mails to all Email Ids of Reliance and received reply from Manesh Nage and Sharmila Patra, Customer Care-RIL, Broadband Customer Care, Appellate Authority South and Karnataka Sections stating the standard eyewash lines vide ref: Reliance=014-098-952′ {DWML14078627} [REPLY2] Re:Inordinate delay in TC699 Broadband Service connection reg. refund of deposit.

I had got in touch with Ph: 18602002011 vide Interaction Id # 215877358 and spoke to the CSRs Aslam Sheikh, Neeraj and Padma but to no avail. Finally, on 15.05.2014, I got a call from Phone No. 080-30332420 and the lady told me that the Refund Cheque is ready and will be sent by Courier to my house address I am yet to receive it! No wonder the said Phone Number’s last three digits are 420!
With this kind of callous attitude and dereliction of duty the concerned employees are tarnishing the image of Reliance Communications by dragging its name into the gutter and are still staying on the payrolls of Reliance Group and getting paid too! Perhaps the late Shri Dhirubhai Ambani’s soul is twisting and tossing wherever it is resting – how disgusting!
I am only interested in getting my hard earned money back (Rs. 1500/- sent vide Chq # 161612 dated 25.03.2014, drawn on State Bank of Mysore, Gayathrinagar Bank, Bangalore) fraudulently collected by the foxlike Sales Executive Prasanna Kumar of RCIL, Bangalore Branch, for which the necessary Reliance Broadband Thunder Combo 699 connection was not given at all and to this day and there has been no official communication explaining the reasons for the current state of affairs!
Therefore, I am attempting to contact Board of Directors for seeking redressal of my grievance, failing which, as a last resort I will move the Consumer Rights Court as I am totally fed up with the inhumane attitude of the concerned mindless employees RCIL Bangalore Branch!
