I wish to inform you that I was agent of ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co Ltd and my licence no: 9206570.and I want to transfer my agency to HDFC ERGO General Insurance Co Ltd Now that i need NOC from ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co Ltd, but they are not providing the same for the past 60 days they have also given an acknowledgement for the same which is attached but then also they are delaying the same for one reason or another.I wish to start my business With HDFC asap.

So,please look into the matter and oblige me to do the need full as career as pos.
