I had applied for Insurance agency with Birla Sun Life but didnt completed the training and have not given the exam.
I am unable to join the organisation because of my personal reasons. I have already applied for cancellation but I have been told that the same cant be cancelled before one year.

Or please suggest the cancellation process.
