Dear Sir,

You have given me the address of the new service centre in Surat (Earth Enterprises), but when I contacted them they said that since their servers are down they won’t be able to take any service request for at least one week.

Please advice me as to where shall I go now because this is the third service centre of Lenovo which has refused to even look at my mobile. I have told you earlier also that this handset emits high radiation and the moment I use it even for for a very short duration, I get severe headaches.

In view of the above I request the authorities at Lenovo to please resolve my problem at the earliest as this is what I have not asked for when I purchased this mobile.

I am highly disappointed and have no words to express my disappointment with the company.
