I have taken home loan for Sikka Karnam Greens under the subvention plan and as per the loan agreement. The EMI cheques were to presented post completion of subvention period however PNBHFL has presented a cheque of Rs 24292/- in my account which got cleared on 15th Oct’2015. I have sent them emails and spoken to the relationship manager for a refund of this amount without any success and they keep saying your refund will be processed soon, I have also sent them mails but no one has responded back on the mails. PNBHFL officials are pathetic and PNBHFL harasses it’s consumer my advice stay away from PNBHFL.
