I am Mr. Rakesh. My IRDA Licence is from 24/12/2013. I have requested NOC to PNB MetLife on 18/02/2015. Because, i shifted my agency from PNB Metlife to LIC of India. But they are rejecting the request with some or the other reason. All proper documentations has been done as per PNB Metlifes requirement. My FA Code is 60080518. Licence no. 9824881. NOC process has been processed properly from branch but it has been rejected from Headoffice. Please help me to get the NOC.

I miss Rashmita Mohapatra had applied for agent licence in AVIVA LIFE INSURANCE CO INDIA LTD. Vide URN No.DCLI2201140022 in the year 2013, appired the exam & failed. On 22.10.2014 I had applied NOC at AVIVA LIFE INSURANCe, Cuttack Branch, but 2 months has passed neither they have issued NOC nor taken away step 2 removed my PAN No from their site. I have visited several times to the branch but no response from their side. Kindly take necessary step to issue NOC & delete my PAN No-BJAPM5258C (URN-DCLI2201140022) from AVIVA site also send NOC in my mail id if possible. Encl:- Copy of application to AVIVA LIFE for NOC.
