dear sir/madam,this is to inform that i am agent of lic of india at lakhisarai branch in division of newly begusarai.my licence no is 2069413 and agency code o1283/52E.my licence was renew date 08/2008.i submitted demand draft along with all document send to division.where my licence has renew.once again when in this 2011 for licence of renual i submitted demand draft along with doucment send to division.where my licence has not found and not to renual of my licence. i reguar talk to manager but to responce.i dependent this my proffesion. sir /madam pl look in to this matter.and take action to the high authority.
