Raised a ticket for mobile insurance, as it had liquid damage, even after providing all docs, they are not responding to my mails, only one helpline no given, through which nobody is helping except for that they say they have escalated the case, but no response from them.

Liquid damaged phone is in not working condition, No courtesy handset provided. I need the replacement of phone by next weekend,as i’m travelling to Germany and i need the phone for my contact. Already paid 4k Rupees for the insurance at the time of handset purchase. I demand in a week, replacement handset to be provided and as soon as possible courtesy handset to be given to me.
