I had purchased Xolo 900 model with IMEI no(911202500207576) 8 months back. After 4 months of use I started facing problem with the phone getting heat on use of internet or any games. I checked with the dealer from where I purchased and he said the problem will get resolved with the use of handset. The problem was never resolved and it started getting hang very often and was getting re-start automatically with the use of double twist application. The speaker volume has also been reduced drastically and most of my calls goes un noticed. I had made complaints for the same several time to the dealer and also to the call centre( 20 times). The xolo care team assured me twice that they will arrange someone to pick the handset from my place to check for the issues raised on 2nd Juky and still that complaint is open , but no body turned up. Finally I went to their collection point and submitted the handset myself since this was not as per the process I had to speak to their supervisor for getting the permission. It has been more than 15 days and still there is no update on the status of repair. I have called at least 10 times to their call centre and every time they assured delivery in 48 hours time. My complaint no is 310000076376 for the repair date 15ht July 2013.
Since I am into sales all my daily activities like checking mails , making audio and video calls with clients and other day to day financial activities like transferring money to other accounts , making bill payment & utilities payment etc has been delayed as I don’t have the handset with me,
I want the handset in the working condition and Rs. 10000 as compensation for the trauma and delay I have been faced during the last 4 months with kind of after sale service
