International Travel Ticket – Air Canada staff mis-behaved

We have booked tickets from cleartrip.com vide their Trip ID: 1307094125 from Johannesburg to Indianapolis, as per details given below:- Air Canada(Operated by South African)-AC 6539(SA236) JNB 20:20 06:55 LHR SUN, 08 SEP. 2013 MON, 09 SEP 2013 Johannesburg- OR Tambo Terminal-B London – Heathrow Terminal-1 Air Canada AC-863 LHR 11:05 14:05 YYZ Monday 09 Sep 2013 Monday 09 Sep 2013 London – Heathrow T-3 Toronto – Lester B Pearson Terminal 1 Air Canada AC-8025 YYZ 20:55 22:26 IND Monday 09 Sep 2013 Monday 09 Sep 2013 Toronto – Lester B Pearson Terminal 1 Indianapolis Travellers Name Airline PNR Ticket No. Mr. Om Prakash Arora K76RNZ 014-3976353269-70 Mrs. Kamlesh Kumari K76RNZ 014-3976353271-72 My parents possessed valid Indian Passport, South African Tourist & USA Visa. We have been issued the boarding passes upto final destination i.e. Indianapolis by the South African Airways while boarding the flight from Johannesburg. When they reached at the Boarding Gate to catch AC-863 bound for Toronto, they were not allowed to fly for want of transit visa. When we booked the ticket from cleartrip site, there is no mention about the transit visa required for passing through Canada Airports to reach USA by connecting flights.We called multiple times to you (South Africa, USA) regarding the solution to the problem but none of your agent helped us and kept trapped in call for hours. Because of not informing us of transit visa we have to cancel my parents return ticket from Chicago to New Delhi Lufthansa(PNR number was- 7R2YQQ)

We want the compensation for what my parents suffered along with refund of full ticket amount of Rs.163,212.00.
