Phone number is 0471-2124049 Application for internet connection has been given to the BSNL office , Vellarada, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, two months back . The connection is needed for a home occupied by two elderly parents, both are senior citizens and whose children are staying away. The connection is very much needed to communicate with their children, however the BSNL authorities are not taking any step to resolve the issue. Kindly do the needful
