I bought the cellphone INTEX AQUA i6 Imei No.- 911350700046524 & 911350700097022 on 29/11/13. From the first day of purchase i was facing frequent hang problem and the phone was getting very slow. I visited the service centres twice within 20 days. But my problem was not solved. Finally i sought help from my dealer MAA DURGA COMMUNICATION, ASANSOL, WEST BENGAL. My set was deposited to the dealer to help me out. I have also contacted the company ASM and customer helpline no one helped and i have not got any call from 1 week. The company has not replied to my mail also. The company is totally irresponsible. I have not got my handset till today and the dealer has said that company is taking care of it. I am totally fed up with my situation, handset and the brand. Totally the worst brand i think so.

I just want my money back So that I can go for some other MNC brands. Or the company replace my handset for some other high models
