I have bought an Intex cloud 3G candy phone through shop CJ. I got my phone and unboxed it. i checked and found that Operating System in the phone is older than the mentioned Operating System on the box. Furthermore Rear Camera is mentioned 2.0 MP on the box, but it has a very very poor quality. It is worse than a 0.3 MP VGA camera. In addition this does not have the pre-loaded Apps mentioned by the company on its website.

I booked order for this phone, waiting for almost 6 days I got the phone and it’s not what it was said to be. I am totally feeling cheated. My parents are angry at me for spending their money on this trash. It’s fraud. I want strict actions to be taken against the company.

I want the phone with the exact features and qualities that are mentioned on the company website. And I also want compensation for mental harassment and defamation.
