Rs. 198 extra has been added to my current bill and when I talked about it to the customer care they told that you have clicked on the pop-up that have activated value added services. But I have pop-up blocker on my pc(chrome browser), hence pop-up can’t appear without my permission and hence If pop-up cant’t appear then VAS can’t be activated by me.They have activated it by themselves and then told that it is my fault and I have activated them. Why would I activate the shitty VAS on the MTS when I have pop-up blocked.

I have paid the bill, and I want them to refund my account of Rs. 198 which they have added deliberately.
