respected sir, i purchased a smartphone intex aqua power hd smartphone from your website it. It ran out of working within 2 days when i complained to the service center that had provided me a reference no 20360913 and asked that had to provide a written statement from company service center whereas the company service center informed that they haven’t received any such intimation or IMEI no of the smartphone so they are not able to provide any details the cell has not been picked up by your company within 7 days please do the needful my cell no is 923572811 really dissatisfied with the service
