I had purchased a smartphone ( Model No:- Intex Cloud Glory 4G) FROM Flikart in june 2016. in april 2017 I submitted the phone for repair( replacement of touch screen). the service centre where i submitted the phone was claiming as an authorised service centre . it is located near ghatkopar west station. after submitting the phone i contacted the service centre owner , who is a lady several times. most of the time my phone was not answered. and whenever answered she told me that they are waiting for the spare part. after waiting 3 or 4 months i visited the service centre. they told me my phone was repaired . and as I didnt show up , they sent my phone back to company. I asked them if they contacted me when my phone was got repaired? i didnt get a satisfactory answer, and that lady was too ill mannered. she shouted loudly at me blaming that i didnt pick up their phone. i asked them to give me back my phone. she told, if i pay the courier charge and repair charge in advance, then she can request the company to send my phone. but due to my these bad experiences, i didnt choose to pay her 1st. then i contacted costumer care of intex, everytime i call them, they answered me differently . some times they would say yes your phone is with us. some times they say we cant trace it as we dont have a service centre in ghatkopar. its been almost 1 year . I am really fed up of calling them and wasting time. I think they sold it off to some one else after repairing.
