sir, my 68 years old heart patient father Dr. om prakash sharma bought intex bravo-2.6 dual sim mobile on 19/11/2013 from hathras and from early days this mobile is showing hang problem.my father submit this mobile to intex service centre “Mittal service centre ,Hathras-204101 (UP)” they kept mobile for 20 days and nothing improvement in mobile.same hang problem continues.again my father submit mobile to service centre on 05/05/2014 job sheet no:405051075020T001 and handover mobile to me on 19/05/2014 evening but i was surprised to see that same hang problem continue and nothing is solved. final last time i submit this mobile to mittal service center on 20/ 05/2014 job sheet no: 405201075001T001. in these last six months mobile remain submitted 40 days in intex service centre but they do nothing and waste 6 month seems they only want to pass warranty period.my old father suffer lot due to intex service center bad customer policy.

my mobile either repaired completely or changed with new one or my money refund.i dont want that my old father go to service centre again and agian due to intex fault.
