I perchased a Intex Technology mobile from my town shop model is cloud y7 with imei no911357500113875 vide cash memo no 323 dated 19/02/2014 .This mobile got technical defect and got three times repaired by nearby service centre .but the problem is not removed I asked for replace meant but seller has denied it .can you suggest me for the next course of action?
