Intex Phone – Not getting switched on poor service by centre

Buyed Intex Phone 01 Month ago. Had some issues with the set (Not getting switched on) so submitted the same on Rohini Service Center on 26 Dec 13 via Job Sheet No. 312261002002T001. Visited the Service Enter again after some days was told that the phone has major issues and had been forwarded to the Company. No status of the phone till now. Every time i call the service centre i am routed to RSM or ASM contact number but unfortunately no one picks the call. Spoke with Sumit (got a very bad responce )on today requested him to give me a replacement cell or complete refund. He said service Centre and call centre works on the different process and they are not efficient enough to help me out in this. They wanted me to wait for another 2 days and that too they will just provide me with the information not the phone. Told him that i need the phone on urgent basis as its been too long. He said it generally takes 20 -30 days. Not able to understand why it takes so much time to repair a phone (software and hardware whatever it is it wont take more than 01 day). Customer Service Team is very rude.They say they don’t have any information regarding the same and i need to contact the Service centre.( Please ask them to pull all the call record

Need complete phone refund ( i don’t trust the company any more even if they repair it and give it back no guarantee that i will face this situation again) + Compensation of the mental harassment.
