Hi Index Team, Only one month has gone and this mobile is getting hanged and all setting are getting reset automatically, also internet symbol is getting disconnect in 1-2 min. I called today on customer care and as discussing with Shailesh that guy is very irresponsible and not interested in resolving the issue. He was laughing during the entire 15 min call and as per his statement NO Senior is available at the time on floor, which is again a breach of Customer care policies

Lost of hard earned money and mental pressure as well

Need a new handset or Issue needs to be resolved
