I had deposited my Intex Aqua 5.0 smartphone to Intex service center (Jasbir Telecom,Kichlu Chowk ,Amritsar)to repair it for its cracked screen on 01 July 2013,but even after 22 days of passing ,the phone has not been repaired.When contacted,they say that this will take another 10 to 15 days which is a great delay on their part.Also the mobile phone is under the warranty period .The service provider must put down a time limit to its repair services.

Econnomic damage of rupees 2000.00 and great harrasement of the consumer
