i bought my Intex aqura happily. I was thinking that your company is very good. but i really disappointed. I bought my phone on 10 feb 2014 IMEI NO. 911361800231296. But in September when it was not working properly I submitted my phone to your customer care service center. After two months after many calls i received my phone in November which IMEI no 911361800025607 given by your customer care center also mentioned on my job sheet with stamp and signature. but it did not work properly more than 10 days. when i visited your another customer care center they told me that they can not take my handset because company s website is showing IMEI no 911361800050217 . When i told previous customer center they me that ye company to aisi hi . now tell me whats the solution of my problem.

i want a phone in proper condition or refund of my money.
