I had taken a policy from Aviva life insurance company on year 2008 from Jaipur branch through indusind bank, state Rajasthan. Its premium was 15,000/- per year. When I applied this policy agent said that your 100% fund will invested in market but in this policy bond my first year fund not invested in market. i had a word with customer service but still not giving the proper solution When I asked for IRDA number or consurn person whom i talk this matter but customer service employees put me on hold and no revert from them. I deposited 48750 amount but present fund vale is apprx. 31000. Now i don’t want to continue this policy any more and I want to get othantic amount which I deserve. My policy detail is giving below –
