I had booked a flat (F2-707) in Amrapali’s project Centurian Park Terrace Home Greater Noida West through this broker Investors Clinic on 17th November 2010. As discussed with them at the time of booking, they also sent us a Credit note of Rs. 15000. The scanned copy of the same is attached for your reference. It is dated 24th november 200 and mentions that as the payment of 40% amount of the basic cost has been made to the builder, they are supposed to release the amount. But, when in June 2013, I approached them after 50% payment of BSP was made to the builder with the receipt scans, credit note scan and the pan card copy as required by them, I haven’t been able to get any payments from them in this regard till now. Followups with them has got me no results. I have got the whole documentation on mail if required.

I want the amount to be disbursed without any further delay on their part. Have already paid 70% of the amount to the builder. Request your kind help in this regard.
