Invoice for Eureka Forbes vacuum cleaner not issued even after 3 months

A purchase of Eureka Forbes vacuum cleaner (Euroclean Xforce) was made on 2-Mar-2013. Along with the purchase a scratch card was given promising an assured gift. The last date of claiming the gift was 30-Apr-2013. In order to claim the gift the invoice of the purchase had to be sent along with a processing charge of 100 rupees which i have paid online(through click2redeem.com). But the invoice for the purchase is not received till date. A complaint is lodged through the Eureka Forbes customer care (reference no: 88448176) regarding this and a soft copy of the invoice is requested. But still there is no action taken.

Since this is caused due to unreasonable delay by eureka forbes in issuing the invoice, I need eureka forbes to compensate for the loss by providing the “Provogue wrist watch” which i have won through the scratch card or by refunding the equivalent amount and also the processing fees of 100 rupees i have paid.
