Ravi Carpenter, who is resedent of Dwarka and is a carpenter/contractor, is a frequent visitor to my society. In last week of April 2013, He took the specification of the Seating Diwan with box form me and later send 2 carpentors to make it, it was agreed for the cost of Rs.4000/-. Diwan was completely prepared in weeks time, complete payment with additional 500 Rs was done next day.. 2 days later Diwan broke down could not take load of 1 person.. inspite of regularly calling him Ravi (carpenter only came in my absence to see the damage) later he came back afetr 9 days to repair the product again in my absence, and repaired the broken piece but damaged the entire look of the product, not its not worth keeping in drawing room. When I saw that in the evening, I called him and asked Ravi to take back the product and return my money, he said, he will repair it to my satisfaction, its been over 8 days and he has not attended.. almost every day I have been calling him but he has been giving me next date but never turned up

Either Ravi (carpenter/contractor) takes back the product and return my money or repair the product and make it worth keeping in drawing room with no additional cost
