AIRTEL IPTV not working from 2 months

Hi, I am a user of Airtel IPTV service my number is 01244253453 . We have shift our flat from one place to another in March 30 and on 1st of April we place a request regarding shifting Airtel IPTV but they shift it after 15 April after our numerous calls and requests. After shifting it, since from that day we are facing problem of IPTV not working, if it sometime works it will not get signals and screen get freez. And when we call customer care nighter the respond not they doing anything. Even they are committing that there is fault from the server side still they are not taking any action. I am facing the following problems since past 2 months. Kindly help me. 1. Frequent waiting signal and screen freezing instances. 2. No response from Customer care. 3. False commitment. 4. They are accepting that the problem is from server end. 5. They again and again close the complaint request without resolving it. 6.
