My train was late by 12 hours (actual time was 4.15pm.)told by 139 so continuously I was taking follow up from 139 and they people told at 1.30am when i last called that your train will depart at 4.33 from bareilly but after reaching at station i got to know that train was left around 2.00 am because of them we missed the train and after missing my train at 4.00 am I called up customer care executive he told me to file a complaint at both the places irctc and at 139 and meanwhile file tdr for the same i dont want to file tdr as i wanted to have my money back which i spent on tickets as it was not my fault but i filed tdr as per executive. It was not my fault due to them I missed my train after that from station itself I called at 139 at 4.15 about all this but they told maam it was not our fault we were updated by that information only.also I cud not record his call as I was at station that time there was noise all around. So its my request to consider my request by giving me amount of my tickets. i had mailed at irctc mail there too they dint give me response. pl sir look into my complaint. Thanks.
I want my ticket amount to be refunded in my account as it was not at all my fault. Amount is 1912rs.
