On 30th October, Train no 15227 YPR-MFP express had been cancelled by Indian railway because of heavy rain and flood in Andhra & Oddisa. I got this cancellation information at the YPR railway junction, where i reached to board the train. As that was the festival season, it was just next to impossible to get tickets for some other route or to get tatkal ticket. Somehow I managed to reached my hometown muzaffarpur Bihar. I was expecting that, as the train had been cancelled through the Indian Railway end, so cancellation process should had been automatically initiated by IRCTC, as it worked for the waiting list tickets (once the charting is done). But till now i have not got any amount & i am getting the response from IRCTC that, TDR was supposed to file within 3 days. Its very unfair rule. Please help me to get my ticket amount back. I want to get my ticket amount back to my account & also if possible, then someone should revisit this cancelled train ticket cancellation rule.
