I was allotted the registration no SRP/2012/000102 dt.23-1-2013 by Anert for solar power plant installation and accordingly I had entrusted Mr. Mohan of Sunbeam Powers, TC1/1299, Poonthi Road, Trivandrum 695011 to install a SU-KAM System at my residence. At the time of installation I had insisted that I wanted only a 1KV SOLAR POWER PLANT as I wanted to avail myself of the subsidy. At that time Mr. Mohan had assured me that I would be getting the subsidy and insisted on my paying the whole amount (Rs. One lakh sixty five thousand only including installation charges of Rs: 15000). As per Anert specifications, the price for Sukam systems is Rs: 101498, which includes all charges including installation charges. Thus in this process I was forced to pay an excess amount of Rs: 63502. When I asked Mr. Mohan whether he had submitted the work order and other related documents he said he had done that. But when I received an intimation from Anert that if I failed to present the relevant documents, my registration would be cancelled, I again approached Mr. Mohan. Then he informed me that I would not be getting the subsidy as it was an automatic model that he had installed at my residence. He also returned the papers to be submitted to Anert, to me saying that Su-kam officials refused to sign the documents. Under the circumstances, I request you to do the needful to enable me to avail myself of the subsidy and installation charges taken from me (total of Rs: 63502).
