The fact of the complaint is as below : 1. I have booked a ticket from Banglore to Mumbai in 3TAC for four passengers. The PNR Number was 4462978441. 2. As the ticket was not confirmed for all the passenger, I approached to Railway department Banglore and got the new confirmed ticket for SL class for two passenger against the 3TAC ticket. The new ticket’s PNR Number was 4509597031. 3. TheTDR was filed for the refund for the differential tariff within the time frame which was rejected by the railway authorities. The reason was given as the TTE’s certificate was not submitted by the passenger for travelling in lower class, refund could not be processed. 4. I requested IRCTC, As the new ticket was issued by the railway authorities before starting of journey, this certificate is irrelevant. I reminded number of times to get the refund but nothing is happening.
