IRCTC Non Refund Of Money not Responding

I had booked two WL(wait List) e-tickets through IRCTC portal from Puri to Jamnagar PNR No.6607833308(Transaction ID 0580016058).On preparation of charts only one of the berth was confirmed.So I had filed TDR on 20.10.2012(Ref. no. ekt2012102005928994)for refund. I again purchased a tatkal quota ticket PNR No.6114163000(Ticet no.A41263035)from the counter at Puri Station and got confirmed berth nos.28 & 29 in B-1 coach and traveled. The date of journey was 21.10.2012 and TDR was filed on 20.10.2012,but the railway has not refunded the money on the ground that the passenger has traveled.I have already submitted to IRCTC that I have of course traveled but on another ticket as mentioned above.It is ridiculous that the same passengers have traveled on two tickets in the same train(as per railway) But IRCTC is not responding.

I want my money refunded and a compensation of Rs.50000/- for harassing me without verifying their records.
