IRCTC Non Refund of TDR Amount

have bought a ticket from IRCTC. from my ID, due to some technical reasons my same ID was deactivated by the organisation i.e IRCTC. hoever, due to late running of train on the day i.e 11/10/2013 ( details of journey mentioned below) i called to customer care early morning for cancellation of the ticket , as per reply/direction of representative I have forward TDR before schedule time of departure of the train as the chart was prepared 12 hours before as source station was a remote locality station. I have forward mail from my ID on 11/10/2013 at 08.28 hrs with request to file TDR. Full details of ticket are below :- *PNR No * 4708787393 *Train No* 02507 *Train Name * MAS KYQ EXP *From* DGR *To* NBQ *Date* 11-10-2013 *Class* 3A *Boarding Point* DGR *Reservation Upto* NBQ *Quota * General * No of passenger = 03, * Total Fare = 1935/- I have also in touch with their customer care, protracted mailing for refund, but all of they treated as I have landing some money from their org. and not a polite way answering. request do needful for refund my untravelled amount. with thanks.
