have bought a ticket from IRCTC. from my ID, due to some technical reasons my same ID was deactivated by the organisation i.e IRCTC. hoever, due to late running of train on the day i.e 11/10/2013 ( details of journey mentioned below) i called to customer care early morning for cancellation of the ticket , as per reply/direction of representative I have forward TDR before schedule time of departure of the train as the chart was prepared 12 hours before as source station was a remote locality station. I have forward mail from my ID on 11/10/2013 at 08.28 hrs with request to file TDR.
