Dear Sir/ Madam I book my e-tickt PNR no. 2514103063. but I not traveled on this tickt because I not reached my boarding station ( kalka). then I file my TDR on same day of journey day. and I again book my new tickt PNR No. 261 5150750 in tatkal quota on 9 11 2013. the matter is irctc said against My TDR “Dear Customer, With Reference to your PNR No: 2514103063 , we regret to inform you that refund is not admissible as informed by Railways through their letter no : DCR141113V45518 and the reason being : ‘As per chart, passenger has traveled” whilst I not traveled that day. I traveled on 10.11.2013 in tatkal tickt PNR No. 261 5150750. I want know how refund my tdr.
