On 23 may 14 I have booked food on line for 25 may 14(lunch) to be served at Rajmundri for my wife who is a patient. I received a call from the company for confirmation of food order no-70797. but they have failed to deliver the food which lead to serious health problem of my wife. On inquiry they are not able to give any satisfactory reason for the failure.
Due to non delivery of food my wife could not take medicine and fall sick. my whole family was hungry and and felt insulted infront of other co passenger. As she was a patient and travelling alone with kids.it lead to risky/dangerous condition.
The company needs to compensate Rs 5 lacks for putting my family life in risk/danger and social humiliation.
