Without any notification Missed call alert activated on my reliance sim on 25/06/14 and money deducted from my main balance RS-30. There is no call or sms notification before and after for activation of missed-call alert. I have contacted Customer Care for the same and they told me I activate the missed call alert. I also told I didn’t do that and requested for refund the deducted money. They refused to refund money.

I Want money refund same amount to my mobile balance.
