My Phone is under warranty period and given for repairing on dated 01-Mar-2014. Its too long time, whether promised for one month time for return back. Tomorrow I received a call from Karbon office(011-46604660) for giving an other phone Model A29 instead of S5, which is very under specifications than S5. I need my same mobile repaired immediately. I cant bear more further. I can be agreed for similar specification phone or above S5 and I can pay an additional amount required to Karbonn against any upgraded phone if they offer me.

I want my same phone immediately because its already going to be completed 3 months. Or Give me refund for the same or Give me any similar phone matching the specification with S5
