I had been booked a railway ticket by IRCTC but the train was late more than 6 hrs. I were tried to file TDR from 00:30 hrs to 01:00 hrs on 28th Oct 13, but the website was not working, then I contact at IRCTC customer care, they have told to send mail on etickets@irctc.co.in and I have send the mail at 01:05 hrs, attached below. The IRCTC website was not working at night so I had send the mail & filed TDR in morning when I wakeup. I have not received the refund the amount after many followups.
I am harassed due to inconvenience.
Full refund with Rs 5000 inconvenience compensation.
