Unjustified deduction of Rs. 11185/- in the name of incremental charges from mediclaim reimbursement.This is no where written in the policy documents that if we pay room rent charges beyond 1% of sum assured then incremental charges will be deducted from other expenses also.I paid Rs. 2800/- per day room rent charges for 2 days, hence only Rs. 1600/- should be deducted from claim. Instead of this Company has deducted 11185/- from whole amount apart from 1600.
