Hi,I had file TDR Date: 12-Apr-2013 against the PNR Number: 6119008341,According to their policy they refund the refundable amount within three month.But as i have applied in month of April but still it is not yet approved and refund.I have tried hard to reach then for the following concern they did not provide any solution.When i send them mail ,they did not reply.
